Starting a business is never about feeling 100% ready; it’s more about learning along the way. I’ve realized that waiting for perfection often blocks progress. The key is to put your work out there, accepting feedback to refine and improve along the journey. Overcoming my perfectionist tendencies has been a pivotal lesson.

As I began to study the industry, I learned about the horrible impacts that fast fashion has on our planet. Deep down I knew that there had to be another way to do it, and if I could figure out my unique footprint, then not only would I be pushing the industry in a new direction but I could also create a brand that people would feel good to wear.
